I always love to eat the round-the-corner
joint food, either with my family or friends. But gone the days where there is
tidy place where I can enjoy it any more.
Here are some common dishes for you to try and enliven the joy of eating your
favorite food that your roadside-vendor will envy about. FRUIT CHAT:
Keep Ready:
· 2-Boiled Potatoes –Peeled
· 1-Sweet Potato
· 2-Bananas
· 1-Apple
· 1-Guava
· 1-Orange
· 1-Slice of Papaya
· Juice of one Lemon
· ½-Cup Grapes
· ½ -Cup Pomegranates
· Salt, Red Chilli powder to taste
· 1-Teaspoon Chat Powder
· 1-Teaspoon Sugar
Preparation:
Peel the sweet potato, potato, papaya and bananas. Cut all the fruits into small
eatable sizes. Mix them with Add lemon juice, red chili powder, sugar and salt
to taste. Add the chat masala as topping. And serve it. It serves 3 cups. A very
ideal evening snack to enjoy. Don’t forget to add pick sticks! And let me know

MATTAR CHAT:
Keep Ready:
· 2-cups of mattar
· 3-4 Green Chillies finely chopped
· ½ -cup green chutney
· ½ -cup radish paste
· 2-Onions chopped
· 2-tomatoes chopped
· 2-peeled boiled potatoes chopped
· 1-ginger, thinly sliced
· Salt and Chat masala, Chilli powder to taste to taste
· 1-Teaspoon on butter
Preparation
I would prefer soaking the mattar overnight when I am plan to have this dish.
Later boil it with salt till it is soft. Warm the fry pan with butter and mix
green chillies, ginger, tomatoes, and potatoes, on the fry pan along with mattar.
Serve it in individual cups. Pour green chutney, radish paste, Garnish it with
chopped onions, chat masala, salt and serve.
